• At least 15 years where minimum 5 years in the same position;

• Incumbents those who have work experience in the garments/Knit industry will get preferences;

• Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.

• In-depth technical knowledge of the zero defect concept

• Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker;

• Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities;

• Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives;

• Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork;

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;

We are seeking few highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as AGM/DGM -Quality.

Job Responsibilities:

• Setting quality standards for the factory individual buyer`s requirements and guidance for each department and process in the factory.

• Involvement in product development and sampling stage and take care of quality aspects of samples.

• Preparing audit report of the fabric and trims quality.Conducting pre-production meetings and following accordingly.

• Analyze and solve errors emerging at every step of the production process applying Root-Cause Analysis tools and techniques.

• Responsible for analyzing quality reports and preparing improvement plans.

• Communicate the importance of quality products to the employees and shop floor workers, and explain quality expectations by the management by maintaining clean and dry workplace, including storage rooms and shipping areas.

• Establish and maintain proper communication with Buyer`s QC Personnel
