• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Sweater Industry

• Age At least 25 years
• Only Male

• To handle independently civil construction work of factory construction.

• Provide technical advice regarding design, construction or program modifications and structural repairs to industrial managerial personnel.

• Resolve design and development problems.

• Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment or labor to determine project feasibility.

• Make sure the project complies legal requirements.

• Ensure the day-to-day construction operations are done safely, timely and highest quality standards.

• Making BOQ for construction projects.

• Maintain Civil works as per factory requirements.

• Design & planning for water line maintenance.

• Guide construction people like interior technician, sanitary technician, plumber, meson etc.

• Estimation, Costing & time scheduling making for big construction work.

• Structural design making with auto CAD/ Revit Architect software.

• Candidate should have good Knowledge about ACCORD/Alliance and BV experience will give preferable.

• Prepares feasibility study by analyzing engineering design; conducting environmental impact studies assembling data.

• Good Knowledge about BNBC 2006.
