• MUST have experience in Wash Quality of QMS in Washing Factory. (অবশ্যই ওয়াশিং ফ্যাক্টরির QMS এর ওয়াশ কোয়ালিটিতে কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।)

• Should have understanding of colors and be able to read and write without spelling errors. (অবশ্যই রঙ চেনার বা বোঝার জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে এবং বানান ভুল ব্যতীত লিখতে ও পড়তে জানতে হবে।)

Responsibilities & Context:

We are a 100% export-oriented, renowned Denim Top-Bottom Garments Manufacturer, looking for a dynamic, energetic, and analytical candidate for the post of "In Charge (Garments Washing) - QMS”. The ideal candidate must have the initiative, hands-on experience, and the drive to deliver high-quality follow-ups and feedback. The following responsibilities will be assigned to the candidate.

• Regularly inspecting garments throughout the washing process to identify potential defects like stains, color variations, damage, or shrinkage.

• Performing in-line quality checks on fabric and garments at different stages of washing.

• Conducting final inspections of washed garments before packaging to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Documenting and reporting any quality issues to relevant personnel from sewing & finishing, including management.

• Analyzing trends in quality issues to identify the root causes and implement preventive measures, in other words, CAPA.

• Ensuring adherence to established washing procedures, including water temperature, chemical usage, and wash cycles according to garment type and customer specifications.

• Providing training to washing operators on proper washing techniques, quality standards, and defect identification.

• Collaborating with production teams to implement process improvements and address quality concerns.

• Working on other assignments provided by the reporting and management.
