• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

• Must be certified by BMDC

We are a globally recognized denim garments manufacturer seeking a Medical Officer to manage factory medical services, promote employee well-being, and ensure high standards of occupational health and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all medical services provided at the factory.

• Plan and implement health campaigns and employee wellness programs.

• Conduct awareness sessions on common workplace injuries, illnesses, and health risks.

• Educate workers and employees on personal hygiene and workplace health practices.

• Conduct age and health verification during recruitment and whenever required.

• Assess and verify cases of permanent disability, occupational diseases, incurable illnesses, and mental health conditions.

• Conduct monthly health follow-ups for pregnant workers and provide guidance on essential nutrients, including vitamins, calcium, and iron.

• Provide counseling on pregnancy-related risks, postnatal care, newborn care, and breastfeeding.

• Ensure the timely implementation of the monthly vaccination program.

• Train First Aid Brigade members and ensure First Aid boxes are properly stocked and ready for use.

• Review and approve medical bills related to workplace accidents and occupational illnesses from external hospitals.

• Review and approve internal and external sick leave and prepare fitness reports.

• Review and approve maternity leave requests in accordance with company policy and applicable regulations.
