Evince Textiles Ltd., the largest pioneer of fabric manufacturers, is looking for a highly competent, proactive, and result-oriented professional for a managerial position for the Planning Department, who will lead the department for our Denim Fabric Manufacturing Company.

· Develop and implement production plans aligned with orders, capacity, resources, and delivery commitments.

· Lead planning for Dyeing, Weaving, Finishing, and Delivery for smooth, on-time production and shipment.

· Analyze order loading, capacity, machine utilization, manpower, and material availability to optimize plans.

· Ensure optimum utilization of machinery, manpower, and materials while minimizing waste and shortages.

· Coordinate with Merchandising, Sales, Procurement, Store, Production, Quality, and Compliance teams.

· Monitor planned vs. actual production and KPIs (efficiency, utilization, lead time, on-time delivery), taking corrective action.

· Identify production risks and develop contingency and buffer plans.

· Ensure accurate, timely planning reports, ERP data, and dashboards for management decision-making.

· Drive continuous improvement to reduce lead time, optimize costs, and strengthen production flow.

· Lead, develop, and motivate the planning team to achieve departmental objectives.

· Ensure production planning complies with company, buyer, quality, and audit requirements.
