Job context:
We are looking for competent personnel for the post of "Sr. Manager- R&D for Evince Textiles Ltd. Located at Shirir Chala, Bhabanipur, Joydevpur, Gazipur. The incumbent must have initiative, experience & the drive to deliver high-quality results.
Job Description:
Lead the development of innovative and commercially viable fabrics in alignment with buyer and market demands.
Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and production teams to translate concepts into technically feasible products.
Oversee sampling, prototyping, and lab trials, ensuring compliance with performance and quality benchmarks.
Stay updated on global textile trends, new fibers, finishes, and sustainability initiatives.
Develop and maintain a technical database of fabrics, yarns, finishes, and treatments.
Interface with machinery suppliers, chemical vendors, and testing labs to drive innovation.
Train and mentor, the junior R&D team and coordinate with QA and production for bulk implementation.
