Job Context
We are looking for competent personnel for the post of “Executive- Procurement” for Evince Textiles Ltd. The incumbent must have initiative, experience & the drive to deliver high-quality results.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate procurement activities for a woven textile factory.
To create weekly and monthly budgets and identify critical funding needs.
Obtain all necessary records for each purchase and regularly update the purchase statement.
Collect potential prices from different vendors for required goods as per indent, negotiate effectively, prepare a comparative statement, present all necessary documents to the purchase committee for approval, and issue purchase orders as per the approved comparative statement.
Follow up and ensure product delivery on time.
Monitor all advance payment issues and collaborate with accounts to adjust on time.
Source new vendors and keep contact with existing vendors.
To keep records of bills and ensure outstanding payment of suppliers within committed time.
To Prepare various reports and notes regarding purchase.
To maintain proper communication with factory concern, store and accounts for smooth execution of procurement process.
To Purchase stationary items and IT related equipment’s for Head Office.
