Job Responsibilities of Asst. Manager/Deputy Manager (HR & KPI):
HR Responsibility:
Develop and implement the factory's HR strategy in line with business goals.
Prepare annual manpower plans and budgets.
Forecast workforce requirements based on production plans.
Optimize manpower utilization and workforce productivity.
Lead recruitment and selection for staff and management positions.
Coordinate workforce hiring to meet production demands.
Develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified talent.
Ensure timely onboarding and orientation of new employees.
Build and maintain positive employee relations.
Handle grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
Promote effective communication between management and employees.
Administer salary structures, benefits, and incentive programs.
Coordinate annual salary reviews and promotions.
Ensure accurate payroll inputs and attendance data.
Maintain competitive compensation practices.
Oversee attendance, leave, overtime, and employee records.
Ensure proper maintenance of personnel files and HR documentation.
Supervise HRIS and employee database management.
Prepare regular HR reports and workforce analytics.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and buyer codes of conduct.
Support social compliance audits and customer inspections.
Maintain statutory registers and employment documentation.
Support organizational restructuring and change management initiatives.
Develop competency frameworks and career development plans.
Assist in succession planning for key positions and promote a high-performance culture.
KPI Responsibility:
Develop and maintain the organization's KPI framework aligned with business strategy.
Establish KPIs for all departments, including Production, Industrial Engineering (IE), Quality, Merchandising, Planning, Commercial, Compliance, HR, Finance, Administration, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
Define KPI formulas, targets, measurement methods, owners, and reporting frequencies.
Review and revise KPIs periodically to ensure continued business relevance.
Prepare executive KPI dashboards and management reports.
Present KPI performance to senior management.
Develop scorecards for departments and business units.
Publish periodic performance summaries and trend analyses.
Performance Management System (PMS) Responsibly:
Design, implement, and administer the company's Performance Management System.
Coordinate annual goal setting and cascading of organizational objectives to departmental and individual goals.
Ensure SMART objectives are established for employees.
Manage probation, confirmation, annual appraisal, mid-year review, and special performance review processes.
Ensure consistency, fairness, and transparency in performance evaluations.
Review international best practices in performance management.
Recommend improvements to KPI measurement methods, reporting tools, and PMS processes.
Lead projects aimed at enhancing organizational performance and operational excellence.
KPI Monitoring & Analysis:
Collect, validate, and analyze KPI data from all departments.
Monitor daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance trends.
Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Track departmental productivity and operational efficiency.
Conduct root cause analysis for underperforming KPIs.
