Responsibilities & Context: Corporate Affairs
- Maintain statutory documents, renewal and update all certificate, license.
- Handling legal affairs like contract deed making, hearing of pending cases in Labor Court.
- Follow up Disciplinary action & conduct Domestic enquiry & grievance.
- Ensuring OSHE for factory premises.
General Affairs
- Conduct and arrange all Departmental meeting and Management Coordination meeting.
- Extend full administrative support to other departments for smooth operation of the factory.
- Preparation / Issue office note, memo, office order & circular.
- Provide necessary Support for all Social compliance, technical audits, Security and Environmental Audit
Protocol
- Arrange Work permit, Visa, Police Clearance for foreign expertise from BIDA.
- Arrange invitation for all foreign guest, Buyers and visitors.
- Arrange Business visa, Air ticket, Hotel booking and Airport Protocol for all foreign guest, Buyers and visitors.
- Arrange all entertainment for guests, Buyers, Visitors.
Maintenance
- Look after the factory’s general maintenance work.
- Monitor and coordinate all maintenance related purchase, ERP etc.
- Raise Requisition BY ERP and for Materials of Maintenance & Logistics support.
Industrial Relations
- Handle all workers case raise to BGMEA, DIFE.
- Handling legal affairs like contract deed making, hearing of pending cases in Labor Court.
- Look after company's legal matters related to local police/RAB, law enforcing agencies.
- Follow up employee/labor relation & legal affairs work in collaboration with part time Advocate.
- Maintain liaison with Labor Organizations, local various workers federation etc.
Govt & Non Govt Office Liaison Duties.
- Maintain Liaison with DIFE, BGMEA, City Corporation, BERC, Boiler office, Explosive office, Fire service, Upzilla Porishod, DPHE, EPB, IRC, ERC, BOND, BRTA, etc.
- Keep close liaison and maintain relation with local Thana, Industrial police, NSI, SB, DSB, Union Parishad chairman, boiler inspector and factory inspector.
- Maintain liaison with regulatory bodies and stake-holders (Govt./Private) like; Labor Court, Police Station, Industrial Police, Govt. Agencies,
Logistic Support.
- Follow up employee/labour relation & legal affairs work and maintain communication with nearby Factory management to safeguard the facility against labour unrest and conflict
- To support the compliance team, help them to prepare compliance documents for social & Technical compliance audit & RSC.
- Keep close liaison and maintain relation with local Thana, Industrial police, NSI, SB, DSB, Union Parishad chairman, boiler inspector and factory inspector.
- Any other task assigned by the management of the organization time to time.
