Additional Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Controller or similar senior Accounts role.

  • Strong knowledge of local accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial compliance requirements.

  • Proficiency in ERP and accounting software such as Microsoft Office, SAP, Tally, HRMS, S/4HANA, and Groupware.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Strong leadership, team management, organizational, and line management skills.

  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Oversee and manage the full spectrum of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

  • Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Income Statements and management reports, within stipulated deadlines.

  • Develop, manage, and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring proper financial planning and variance analysis to support organizational objectives.

  • Ensure full compliance with applicable financial regulations, accounting standards, and audit requirements, maintaining adherence to statutory and corporate governance frameworks.

  • Supervise and manage all Tax and VAT matters, ensuring timely submissions, regulatory compliance, and strict adherence to local tax laws.

  • Establish, implement, and continuously improve internal control systems to safeguard company assets, minimize financial risks, and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Coordinate and lead internal and external audits, ensuring accurate documentation, audit readiness, and timely resolution of audit observations in accordance with International Standards of Auditing (ISAs).

  • Collaborate closely with executive management and functional heads to align financial strategies with operational objectives and support informed decision-making.

  • Monitor and report aircraft-wise monthly and annual expenses, ensuring proper cost tracking, financial transparency, and budgetary control within aviation operations.

  • Ensure timely renewal of aircraft insurance and provide financial support to procurement, engineering, and flying school teams, facilitating smooth operational and financial coordination across departments.
