Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise day-to-day site operations for infrastructure works, including civil, structural, and MEP activities.
Manage factory and building maintenance civil works.
Prepare cost estimates for all types of civil works.
Monitor and ensure quality control, safety, compliance, and environmental standards across all working zones.
Carry out all types of civil works and provide support to other team functions, including purchasing and logistics.
Work collaboratively as a team player while leading site meetings, workforce planning, and subcontractor coordination.
Liaise with government authorities such as RAJUK, City Corporation, and other relevant agencies.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
