Experience:

• 2 to 5 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry
• Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Engineering
• Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

• Age 25 to 30 years
• Only Male

Strong knowledge of garments washing processes and chemicals.

Understanding of wash effects, shade matching, and recipe development.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet sample deadlines.

1. Develop and prepare wash samples as per buyer requirements (enzyme wash, bleach wash, acid wash, tint, pigment, etc.).

2. Conduct lab trials and recipe development before bulk production.

3. Ensure correct chemical dosage and formulation during sample development.

4. Maintain lab records of wash recipes, chemicals, and sample approvals.

5. Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, and Quality teams for sample development.

6. Ensure shade matching and wash effect consistency with buyer-approved samples.

7. Prepare lab dips and wash standards for bulk production reference.

8. Monitor new washing techniques and chemical applications to improve product quality.

9. Maintain proper lab equipment, chemicals, and safety standards.

10. Support production team in troubleshooting wash-related issues.

11. Ensure environmental and compliance standards related to chemical handling.
