• Able to issue inspection report and email communication in English
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Word/Outlook
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Robust personality able to work under pressure
• Attention to details
• Available for travel when necessary
• Strong leadership quality to drive self-inspection model

• Maintain Quality Inspection Report.

• The materials sampling and analysis of Garments Accessories.

• In process quality control (IPQC).

• Follow all quality Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and action plan against any kind of quality-related issues.

• Check the quality as per the approved buyer sample.

• Working with the production department to maintain productivity and product quality.

• Planning, organizing and preparing QC schedules to maintaining the quality and reliability of the products.

• Ensure Quality controlling process from development stage to shipment.

• Inspect and test products at various stages in the production process- product conformity according to specifications.

• Production sample checking, monitoring results of lab test reports and final approval for production release.

• Quality issues investigation and reporting to relevant department.

• Determine the causes of product defects that may be found. Then develop methods for reducing their occurrence.

• Responsible for the quality of the finished goods. They need to check and approve the 1st finish goods to ensure it is exactly what customer want and also need to check and ensure the quality of all the finished goods that will be shipped to the customer.

• Any other task assigned by management.
