Responsibilities & Context:
• Conduct SMV calculation, time study & motion study for production processes.
• Prepare operation breakdown & layout plan before line setup.
• Perform line balancing to achieve targeted efficiency.
• Monitor daily line efficiency, WIP control & production output.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Work closely with Production team to improve productivity.
• Analyze manpower utilization & suggest optimization.
• Support in capacity planning and production target setting.
• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly IE reports.
• Ensure continuous improvement through lean tools implementation.
