.Develop and execute sourcing strategies for knit garments (T-shirts, Polo, Sweatshirts, Hoodies, Leggings, etc.).

·  Identify, evaluate, and onboard new knit factories and suppliers.

·  Maintain strong relationships with mills, accessories suppliers, and subcontractors.

·  Ensure supplier compliance with buyer requirements and international standards.

·  Handle direct communication with international buyers.

·  Understand buyer requirements and translate them into sourcing plans.

·  Support business development by offering competitive costing and sourcing solutions.

·  Participate in buyer meetings, negotiations, and factory visits.

·  Lead price negotiation with factories to achieve target margins.

·  Review and approve cost sheets.

·  Monitor market price trends of yarn, fabric, trims, and accessories.

·  Ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.

·  Oversee order placement and capacity planning.

·  Monitor production timelines and ensure on-time shipment.

·  Coordinate with merchandising, QA, and logistics teams.

·  Resolve production or shipment-related challenges.
