Experience:
HR/Business Administration.
1. Follow & implement HR strategies, goals, policies, and procedures that align with the company's mission and values.
2. Ensure the employees recruiting and interviewing process such as- Health & Age verification.
3. Performing applicants references check, background check, previous employment check & criminal background checks (for required position).
4. Prepare and distribute employment contract, ID card, Job description.
5. Maintaining physical and digital personnel records.
6. Maintaining employees leave record, wage-salary (cash & digital) & benefits payment record.
7. Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
8. Monitor and record working hours data (Daily, weekly & monthly) in accordance with the Production Plan and legal requirements.
9. Required legal documents maintaining for lefty and resign employees.
10. Complete daily task
11. Help HR Manager in grievance mechanism, disciplinary action, Industrial disputes and managing IR.
12. Support Compliance Team during social Compliance Audit, Security Audit etc.
13. Complete all daily task and documents on the day.
14. Any other related work assign by factory Top management and HR manager.
As Per Company Policy.
