• Incumbent must have strong ties and control with major forwarders in Bangladesh.

• Should be well versed with current freight rates and landed costs for both Europe and US.

• Must have handled both FOB and LDP/DDP business models.

• Strong financial knowledge and Bangladesh banking laws is a must to follow up on claims and recoveries with vendors as well as merchandising teams.

• Manage all BGMEA-related activities, including formalities, approvals, declarations, and coordination with BGMEA officials.

• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of BGMEA rules, Customs-Bond operations, import-export policies, and government compliance requirements.

• Possess strong expertise in Customs Bond Office tasks, including bond license renewal, audit preparation, UD preparation, and associated documentation.

• Ensure complete adherence to government rules and regulations governing bonded warehouse licence operations.

• Maintain effective communication and liaison with regulatory agencies.

• Exhibit proficiency in documentation, reporting, and record management.

• Work independently to resolve operational challenges as they arise.
