Responsible for overall administrative operations of the company and ensure perfect record keeping systems are maintained all of the administrative works.
Ensue that the factory is under operation according to the existing factory and labor law and social compliance initiatives are fully functional in the factory while dealing with labor, work environment and management.
Ensure the entire security and safety of the factory premises, employees, assets and fixture.
Establish and maintain a peaceful Industrial Relation amongst management and workers.
Ensure employees of the factory are treated with dignity and workers’ rights are maintained at every level.
Ensure company legal documents are renew and update on timely and take necessary arrangement accordingly.
Good understanding of company acts and labor law.
Should have Knowledge on modern & Corporate HR management system and Automation.
Establish good relation with local Govt. authority and capable to handle any emergency legal issues.
Responsible to maintain the discipline amongst the employees.
Oversee that factory utility supports and productions machineries are properly maintained regular basis to avoid breakdown maintenance.
Oversee the supply and storage operations and ensure that transparent record keeping and inventory control is applied.
Supervising administrative people, assigning their job and confirms its execution.
Monitor safety and security measures of all sister concern of the company.
Implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Foster a positive work environment to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
Liaise with government and regulatory bodies for necessary permits, audits, and inspections.
Maintain proper documentation related to licenses, certifications, and audits.
Conduct regular safety drills and training sessions for employees.
Plan and oversee repairs, maintenance, and upgrades of factory facilities.
Address operational challenges promptly and efficiently.
Develop contingency plans to handle emergencies or disruptions.
Analyze administrative processes to identify areas for improvement.
Implement new technologies and systems to streamline operations.
Foster a culture of innovation and efficiency within the factory.
Responsible for all audit and certifications.
Preparation of annual performance appraisal proposal.
