Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) / HSC with relevant experience.
05–07 years in Store management within Knit/Composite factory.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of Knit RMG materials (yarn, fabric, accessories).
ERP / Excel / inventory system knowledge.
Good documentation & reporting skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Knowledge of compliance & audit requirements.

Stock accuracy & variance control
Timely material issuance
Inventory turnover & wastage reduction
Audit findings related to store
Housekeeping & compliance score
Material Receiving & Inspection
Receive yarn, fabric, accessories, chemicals, packing materials as per PO.
Ensure quantity, quality, shade, lot, and specification verification.
Coordinate with QC and concerned departments for inspection approval.
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/manual system.
Monitor stock balance, minimum stock level, and shelf life.
Conduct monthly/quarterly physical inventory and resolve variances.
Material Issuance & Control
Issue materials to production (knitting, dyeing, sewing, finishing) as per requisition.
Ensure FIFO / FEFO practices.
Control excess, wastage, and pilferage.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain GRN, Bin Card, Stock Ledger, Issue Slip, Return Note.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
Support audit requirements (internal, buyer, compliance).
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with SCM, Production, Planning, Accounts, and Compliance teams.
Communicate shortages, excess stock, and slow-moving items timely.
Store Organization & Safety
Ensure proper storage, labeling, bin location, and housekeeping (5S).
Follow fire, safety, and compliance guidelines.
Ensure MSDS availability for chemicals (if applicable).
Compliance & System Adherence
Follow company SOP, buyer requirements, and compliance standards.
Support compliance audits and corrective actions.
Team Support
Guide store assistants and helpers.
Ensure discipline, task distribution, and performance monitoring.
