We are seeking highly experienced and creative professionals to join our dynamic team at our reputed knit composite factory.

• Establish and implement grey fabric quality standards aligned with buyer requirements and international benchmarks and ensure production outputs are in line with company Specifications.

• Approve bulk fabric against development samples and technical specifications.

• Monitor fabric performance (shrinkage, colorfastness, GSM, defects, etc.) across production stages.

• Work closely with local and international suppliers to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.

• Identify potential grey fabric risks during development and pre-production stages.

• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for fabric-related failures and implement corrective actions.

• Reduce claims, rejections, and production delays caused by fabric issues.

• Collaborate with sourcing, product development, merchandising, and production teams.

• Support garment technical teams with grey fabric-related troubleshooting.

• Communicate quality expectations clearly to internal and external stakeholders.

• Check daily report and analyze and feedback for corrective and production action.

• Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace, ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.

• Develop training materials and provide training to all concern on regular basis.

• Evaluated staff performance, ensure floor discipline, Zero NC, identify training needs and manage their career development. 

Any other related task as assigned by the management from time to time.
