Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of all sewing machines (e.g., overlock, flatlock, lockstitch, bar tack, Kansai, elastic attaching machines).
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults and resolve them efficiently.
Maintain machine uptime to support uninterrupted production.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Reduce breakdown frequency through proactive maintenance initiatives.
Work closely with production teams to ensure machines are set up as per style requirements.
Provide technical support during new style development and sampling.
Ensure quick changeover and machine adjustments to meet production needs.
Analyze machine efficiency and suggest improvements.
Reduce machine downtime and improve productivity.
Ensure availability of critical spare parts.
Control maintenance costs through efficient resource utilization.
