• Plan, coordinate, and control all printing department activities to ensure smooth, on-time production.

• Monitor daily production progress and take proactive measures to address bottlenecks and meet delivery deadlines.

• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower and machinery to maximize productivity.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of printing dyes, chemicals, and restricted Chemicals of different buyer`s product.

• Review plan on daily basis and ensure best support wherever required.

• Identify cost reduction opportunities and implement waste minimization strategies to improve departmental profitability.

• Examine each style thoroughly to determine sample quality standards, color sequences, chemical requirements, and any specific production instructions.

• Coordinate with the quality team to inspect printed products for print clarity, color accuracy, and conformance to buyer specifications.

• Provide necessary technical solution to solve the print difficulties.

• Monitor and control rejection rates during bulk production; implement corrective actions as required and suggest improvements to infrastructure and production processes to prevent recurring defects.
