Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure product safety compliance in cutting, sewing, washing, finishing, packing, and shipment.
• Monitor WIP product safety and contamination prevention.
• Maintain CTPAT product safety and shipment security requirements.
• Ensure proper needle control and sharp tools control systems.
• Monitor fabrics receiving, accessories control, and finished goods warehouse safety.
• Coordinate with maintenance department regarding spare parts control.
• Ensure safe production and safe shipment systems.
• Monitor moisture control and required lux level in workplace.
• Ensure warehouse access control and product movement monitoring.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintain SOPs, reports, and records.
• Support technical audits and compliance inspections.
• Conduct awareness training for workers and responsible persons.
