Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage the overall Quality Assurance.
Ensure operational targets & minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
Improve QA systems, procedures, and standards in line with customer requirements.
Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements, and equipment layout.
Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, defect trends, and audit outcomes.
Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
Define raw material quality standards and monitor supplier performance.
Preparing an annual budget; scheduling; expenditures; analyzing variances.
Act as a senior leadership partner to Operations, Merchandising, Sourcing, and Planning teams.
Established quality points in critical to quality points resulted in the reduction of defects in downstream of the process.
Salary: Basic: $3,500 House Rent: $400 Conveyance: $100
Educational Requirements: MBA/ Diploma in Garment Manufacturing
