Proven experience in knit garment production and technical management.
Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, quality standards, and production processes.
Experience handling international apparel brands is essential.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities & Context:
To analyze garment construction and sewing methods before production.
To develop and standardize sewing operation breakdowns.
To monitor line balancing and workflow optimization.
Resolve technical sewing issues during production.
Review pre-production (PP) samples and pilot runs.
To introduce new machinery, folders, guides, and automation were beneficial.
Ensure sewing quality meets buyer standards and Monitor defect trends and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with QA and QC teams to reduce sewing-related defects.
Coach line supervisors and production teams on technical sewing standards.
Provide technical feedback during sample development.
Support cost engineering through sewing method improvements.
