Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary: The role focuses on managing 6 lines and 300 machines for day-to-day woven/knit garments production operations to ensure efficient workflow, quality output and timely delivery. It involves coordinating production planning, monitoring line performance and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets while maintaining compliance and operational standards.

Job Description / Responsibility:

• Plan, organize and control all woven production activities to ensure smooth operations and on-time shipment.

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on order quantity, capacity and shipment schedules.

• Oversee woven production processes including sewing.

• Monitor line loading, capacity planning and target achievement for multiple woven production lines.

• Ensure proper handling of structured fabrics, critical operations and complex garments (shirts, pants, jackets, bottoms, etc.)

• Maintain productivity through effective line balancing and workflow optimization.

• Supervise cutting accuracy, fabric utilization, marker efficiency and wastage control.

• Coordinate with IE, QA and Maintenance teams to improve SMV, efficiency and machine performance.

• Ensure buyer quality standards and minimize defects, rework, rejection and alterations.

• Monitor DHU, efficiency % and output targets regularly and take corrective actions.

• Control production costs by reducing overtime, fabric wastage and operational losses.

• Manage supervisors, line chiefs and operators to ensure discipline and teamwork.

• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and labor law requirements.

• Prepare daily production and shipment status reports for management.
