Responsibilities & Context
* Ensure daily sewing production as per production plan and shipment schedule.
* Supervise sewing operators, helpers, line chiefs, and other production staff.
* Monitor hourly production targets and take corrective actions to minimize production loss.
* Maintain line balancing and ensure maximum machine utilization.
* Follow up on quality standards and reduce DHU, rework, and rejection.
* Coordinate with Cutting, IE, Quality, Finishing, and Maintenance departments for smooth production flow.
* Analyze production performance and improve line efficiency.
* Ensure proper use of manpower, machines, and materials.
* Conduct on-job training for operators to improve productivity and quality.
* Maintain discipline, attendance, and workplace safety within the sewing floor.
* Prepare daily production reports and submit updates to management.
* Ensure all production activities comply with company policies and buyer requirements.
