Experience:
Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Additional qualifications in Labour Law, Industrial Relations, or Compliance will be considered an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law and international compliance standards.
Hands-on experience in buyer compliance audits.Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical ability and decision-making capability.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/HRIS systems is preferred.
Minimum 12 years of professional experience in HR, Administration & Compliance.
At least 5 years in a General Manager or equivalent leadership position.
Prior experience in a 100% export-oriented knit garments manufacturing company is mandatory.
Job Context
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented professional to lead our Human Resources, Administration, and Compliance functions. The incumbent will play a strategic role in ensuring organizational excellence, legal compliance, and effective people management in a 100% export-oriented knit garments manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead the HR, Administration, and Compliance departments.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, buyer Codes of Conduct, BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, and other international standards.
Maintain compliance with BGMEA, Department of Labour, Fire Service, and other regulatory authorities.
Oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and organizational development.
Manage factory administration, transport, security, canteen, housekeeping, and general services.
Handle audits conducted by buyers, third parties, and government agencies.
Develop policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks.
Lead disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
Promote employee engagement, workplace safety, and a positive organizational culture.
