Key Responsibilities

New Product Development (NPD) & Sampling

• Sample Development: Coordinate end-to-end NPD sampling for all trim solutions (e.g., woven labels, hang tags, heat transfer labels, and packaging).

• Lead Time Management: Achieve targeted sample development lead times to maximize customer order intake.

• Process Improvement: Initiate and manage process improvement projects for faster development times, faster first-order development, and improved color consistency. [1]

• Product Training: Conduct product knowledge and technical solution training for internal sales and customer service teams. [1]

Costing, Pricing & Profitability Analysis

• Cost Analysis: Analyze bills of materials (BOM), operation breakdowns, and waste margins to determine competitive and profitable pricing.Consumption Scope: Calculate and review raw material consumption (e.g., paper, yarn, ink, film) and minimize process wastage.

• Pre- & Post-Costing: Maintain accurate costing records and perform post-production financial analysis to compare against pre-costed budgets.

• Overhead Allocation: Assist in allocating overheads, monitoring process loss, and formulating accurate margins.
