Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's Quality Management System in line with relevant

standards and regulations.

 Create and update quality policies, procedures, and work instructions that guide the organization in

achieving quality goals.

 Maintain and oversee the organization's quality documents, including quality manuals, process maps, and

records.

 Conduct regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS, identify areas for improvement, and

recommend corrective actions.

 Provide QMS-related training and guidance to employees, helping them understand and adhere to quality

standards and procedures

 Manage non-conformance and corrective action processes, investigating root causes and implementing

preventive measures to prevent recurrence.

 Assess and manage risks that could impact product or service quality and work to mitigate those risks.

 Analyze quality-related data and generate reports to track key performance indicators (KPI) and make datadriven decisions.

 Collaborate with suppliers to ensure they meet quality requirements and conduct supplier audits when

necessary.

 Manage customer feedback, complaints, and satisfaction surveys. Implement improvements based on

customer input.

 Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, encouraging employees to identify opportunities

for quality enhancement.

 Collaborate with various departments to ensure that the QMS is understood and consistently applied throughout the

organization.

 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality-related activities, audits, and corrective actions.

  Prepare and present regular reports to management on the performance and effectiveness of the QMS.

Coordinate and participate in customer audits, providing necessary documentation and addressing customer concerns.

 Develop and implement needle, metal and sharp tools control policy & procedure and maintain metal contaminated and

rejected accessories disposal procedure.

 Maintain and follow up pull test, pinch setting, bingo card, moisture control, light lux monitoring, interlining bond test,

daily heat press and fusing machine calibration report.

 Machineries third party calibration (every 1 year) and internal measurement tape calibration (every 3 months)
