• Ensure all quality systems, inspection protocols, and procedures function optimally and undergo continuous improvement.

• Assist the Department In-Charge to ensure measurement charts, trim sewing guidelines, and color swatches strictly align with buyer standards and are readily accessible across production and sewing lines.

• Thoroughly evaluate pilot runs and first-output details against buyer sample comments, pre-production (PP) meeting notes, and technical files.

• Visually inspect and assess manufacturing variations. Take immediate, proactive corrective actions when quality issues are identified to prevent future defects.

• Maintain precise inspection records, compile detailed defect lists, and verify that all supervisor reports accurately reflect actual production results. Ensure timely submission of comprehensive quality control reports.

• Discuss critical quality parameters and style specifications with supervisors and the Quality In-Charge prior to bulk production. Collaborate harmoniously with cross-functional departments to minimize quality friction.
