Education:
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.

Professional certification in HRM (PGDHRM, SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.

  • Age 30 to 45 years

Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and BEPZA regulations.

Hands-on experience in social compliance and buyer audit management.

Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.



Responsibilities & Context:

Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.

Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, BEPZA regulations, company policies, and other statutory requirements.

Coordinate and manage social compliance requirements and buyer audits including SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP, Accord, and customer-specific compliance standards.

Drive employee engagement, retention, welfare, and workplace culture initiatives.

Partner with factory management and production teams to support operational efficiency through effective workforce planning and people management.

Manage disciplinary actions, grievance handling, domestic inquiries, and workplace investigations in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Monitor manpower planning, recruitment activities, and succession planning initiatives.

Prepare HR reports, analyze workforce data, and provide recommendations to senior management.

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance reviews.

Lead training and organizational development initiatives to improve employee capability and performance.

Support management in industrial relations matters and maintain a harmonious work environment.
