Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for smooth plan wise cut kit
delivery from cutting to Embellishment &
Sewing section.Responsible to avoid down time of
production lines due to input from cutting.Responsible for sewing input according to
shipment plan.Responsible to run & monitor entire cutting
Operating System, IntelloCut & ERP.Responsible for one stop problem solution
service for any cutting & embellishment
related issue.To maintain liaison with CAD, sewing,
printing, embroidery section regarding
quality, quantity & budget.Evaluate staff performance, disciplinary
matters, training needs, and career
development plans.Responsible to do first cutting consumption
EWO wise & circulate fabric requisition &
leftover qty to MCD.Responsible for size set samples are ready
according to PCD.Responsible for Achieve budgeted OTD & Customer Quality
index along with supervisors.Responsible for Internal process alignment & continuous improvement.
Drive KAIZAN culture.
