We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead the Utility Department at the 100% Export Oriented Woven Garments Factory.

Job Location will be Salna, Gazipur.

• Manage and supervise all utility operations, including boiler, generator, compressor, HVAC, water treatment, and electrical systems.

• Ensure uninterrupted supply of electricity, steam, compressed air, water, and other utilities for production.

• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

• Monitor utility consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

• Lead and develop utility team members to achieve operational excellence.

• Prepare utility budgets, maintenance schedules, and performance reports.

• Coordinate with production and engineering departments to support factory operations.

• Manage spare parts inventory and utility-related service contracts.

• Respond to utility breakdowns and emergencies to minimize downtime.

• Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
