Responsibilities & Context:
- বিভিন্ন ধরনের কাপড়/ফেব্রিক (Cotton, Linen, Rayon, Georgette, Knit, Woven) ইত্যাদি) সম্পর্কে সঠিক জ্ঞান রাখা।
- ফেব্রিকের গুণগত মান, GSM, Shrinkage, Color Fastness, Finishing ইত্যাদি যাচাই করা।
- বাজারদর বিশ্লেষণ করে কাপড়ের Costing ও Price Negotiation করা।
- বিভিন্ন গার্মেন্টস, টেক্সটাইল মিল ও সরবরাহকারীর সাথে যোগাযোগ রক্ষা করা।
- প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী কারখানা/সাপ্লায়ার ভিজিট করে ফেব্রিক সোর্সিং নিশ্চিত করা।
- নমুনা (Sample) সংগ্রহ, তুলনা ও অনুমোদনের জন্য উপস্থাপন করা।
- অর্ডারের জন্য সময়মতো মানসম্মত ফেব্রিক সরবরাহ নিশ্চিত করা।
- উৎপাদন টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় করে কাপড় সংক্রান্ত সমস্যা সমাধান করা।
- নতুন ফেব্রিক ট্রেন্ড ও সোর্সিং অপশন সম্পর্কে নিয়মিত আপডেট থাকা।
