• Age 28 to 40 years

Education

• MBBS degree from a recognized Medical College/University.

• Must have a valid registration/license from the Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council (BMDC).

Other Requirement

• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience after internship in Garments/Textile/Accessories Industries.

Working Hours

• 9:00AM to 5:00PM.

• 6 (Six) Working days per week.

• Weekly holiday as per company policy.

• Provide primary healthcare services to employees and workers.

• Handle workplace injuries, accidents, and medical emergencies.

• Maintain medical records and health reports.

• Conduct pre-employment and periodic health checkups.

• Support occupational health, hygiene, and safety programs.

• Coordinate referrals to hospitals when necessary.

• Conduct health awareness and preventive healthcare programs.

• Conduct necessary training for workers (First Aid Training, Health & Safety Training).

• Provide age verification certificate in the time of recruitment.

• Prepare injury analysis reports & assessments.

• Monitor medical assistant and nurse.
