Responsibilities & Context:
  • Prepare Individual pay slip.

  • Bonus, overtime and other necessary calculation, Final settlement calculation for resigned, dismissal & termination.

  • Salary account open within month for new joining employee’s.

  • Follow-up by daily production efficiency and incentive accuracy.

  • Salary survey twice in a year June & December.

  • Follow-up working hour limit.

  • Follow-up Insurance MetLife / Bio Metrics (BKMEA).

  • New employee joining information entry in database within days.

  • Monitor daily recruitment progress and coordinate onboarding, probation and performance tracking.

  • Prepare monthly headcount forecasts and annual budgets.

  • Maintain employee records, personal files, HRIS data, attendance, and leave management.

  • Administer payroll, including salary, overtime, bonuses, incentives, and final settlements.

  • Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement; handle payroll queries confidentially.

  • Prepare HR reports, turnover, absenteeism, and compliance documents for audits and stakeholders.

  • Support employee engagement programs and ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law.

  • Develop HR policies and manage HRM systems (FHIS, FMIS, MIS, ETS).

  • Handle corporate SIM, business cards, bank accounts, and payroll-related services.

  • Prepare bills, office notices, NOC, and experience certificates.

  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments for smooth payroll operations.

  • Design competitive pay structures and perform additional duties assigned by management.

  • HRIS management, attendance & leave management, personal information and personal file management.

  • Maintain and up keep payroll system.

  • Audit follow-up internal & external of C&B.

  • Payroll maintaining all the process and procedures as per compliance.

  • Any other task assigned by management.
