Responsibilities & Context:
Manage all compliance requirements of building, fire & electrical safety.
Conduct structural assessments of factories, warehouses, and office buildings.
Identify structural risks, weaknesses, or non-compliance issues.
Confirm business team the readiness of the supplier to onboard.
Review audit reports and share risk status/raise alert to business/sourcing team.
