Monitor and follow up on sampling, pre-production, cutting, sewing, washing, finishing, and shipment activities according to the approved production plan.

Coordinate and monitor all pre-production activities, including Size Set, Feasibility/Doability Review, PP Meeting, and Pilot Run, ensuring timely completion based on priorities.

Evaluate and monitor raw material availability, trims, accessories, fabric in-house status, and manpower planning to support smooth production flow.

Prepare, distribute, and communicate production plans to all relevant departments and production teams to ensure effective implementation.

Track daily production performance, maintain production records, and prepare section-wise production and progress reports.

Identify production deviations and implement corrective actions to minimize the gap between planned and actual output.

Coordinate with the merchandising team to ensure QC files and all production requirements are ready as per the production lead time.

Monitor production progress regularly and update production plans as required to meet delivery commitments.

Coordinate closely with the finishing team to ensure timely final inspection, packing, and shipment readiness.

Plan and monitor FG (Finished Goods) inspections and shipment schedules to ensure on-time delivery.

Ensure on-time shipment by maintaining proper production sequencing and workflow efficiency throughout the manufacturing process.
