Experience:
Strong knowledge of AQL 2.5 inspection procedures and quality standards.
Sound understanding of knit fabric construction, garment measurement, workmanship evaluation, and finishing quality.
Knowledge of garment accessories inspection and testing requirements.
Ability to identify critical, major, and minor defects accurately.
Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Good command of spoken and written English will get more priority.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, Word, and inspection reporting.
Conduct In-Line, Pre-Final, and Final Random Inspections (FRI) according to AQL 2.5 standards and Just Like Hero (JLH) quality requirements.
Ensure all raw materials and accessories including eyelets, drawstrings, zippers, labels, hangtags, poly bags, elastics, and cartons meet approved quality standards before production input.
Verify fabric quality for fleece, heavyweight fleece, heavy jersey, and other knit fabrics.
Ensure an appropriate quantity of garments is measured and approved before bulk cutting, and verify measurement accuracy throughout the production process.
If needed, monitor production lines to ensure garment measurements remain within approved JLH specifications and tolerances.
Supervise and guide JLH In-Line Quality Assurance (QA) to identify quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions during production.
Ensure factory finishing teams correctly follow the approved JLH 5-point measurement system and garment finishing standards.
If needed, monitor & verify packing assortment, carton markings, barcode labels and packing quality before shipment release.
Follow all JLH Inspection SOPs, quality manuals, procedures, rules, and compliance requirements without exception.
Record inspection findings, defect classifications, and quality observations using JLH-approved inspection report formats, including photographic or physical evidence when required.
Ensure all necessary documents, approvals, packing lists, specifications, measurement charts, and inspection records are available and verified before starting any inspection.
Submit complete inspection reports and quality findings to the Head Office after completing inspection.
Conduct post-inspection review meetings with factory management and JLH quality team members to discuss findings, corrective actions, and preventive measures for each purchase order.
Take direct responsibility for shipment quality, customer satisfaction, and protecting the Just Like Hero brand image by ensuring only compliant products are approved for shipment.
