Experience:

• Age 25 to 30 years

• Respond to Customer queries and requirements (Via Email and Phone) in a timely manner.

• Ensure Champion customer needs and best service experience.

• Process Orders, Provide Invoice, Share Layouts on time to Customers.

• Proper order management, share order status / Delivery information to customers.

• Coordinate with Operation team (R&D, PPC, PD, QC) and other departments on Production and delivery of Samples and Goods on time.

• Handle Customer complaints according to the company procedures and service standard.

• Update new customers regarding Sample and BULK order placing, Company knowledge and information.

• Provide Suggestion to the R&D, PPC and MFG team on the improvement of current development and order / process / operation flow to increase efficiency.

• Provide support to sales team and respond to management needs.

• Follow up on-time payments, faster documentation and support commercial / credit team to closed order.

• Maintain and take actions to be align with department goal, objectives & KPIs.

• Have knowledge of customer garment production lead time, product lines etc.

• Visit customers whenever require and critical issues resolution.
