Maintain zero-tolerance quality control standards to achieve buyer AQL targets.
Lead and manage the entire Quality Control team across Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, and Packing.
Develop and implement quality strategies, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with buyer quality standards and international quality requirements.
Sound Job Knowledge.Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
Technical knowledge in Cutting, Quality, Finishing & Production.
Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
Good inter-personal & communication skills.Honesty & Integrity.
Modern System adaptability & Creativity.
Problem Solving & Analytical Skill.
