Plan, organize, and supervise all cutting operations.
Ensure accurate fabric utilization and minimize material wastage.
Monitor cutting quality, marker efficiency, and production targets.
Coordinate with Merchandising, Planning, Warehouse, and Sewing departments.Sound Job Knowledge.
Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
Technical knowledge in Cutting, Quality, Finishing & Production.
Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
Good inter-personal & communication skills.Honesty & Integrity.
Modern System adaptability & Creativity.
Problem Solving & Analytical Skill.
