Responsibilities & Context:
1.Source new customers.
2.Handle end-to-end merchandising activities for knit/woven products, from development to shipment.
3.Manage product development with buyers, design teams, and suppliers to achieve desired quality, costing, and timelines.
4.Develop and negotiate costing while maintaining target margins
5.Communicate effectively with international buyers regarding developments, approvals, production updates, and shipment status
6.Monitor Time & Action (T&A) plans and ensure timely execution of all milestones
