Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare operation bulletin (Knit & Woven).
Calculate SMV, perform time and motion studies, and set accurate hourly production targets for sewing lines.
Calculate style wise thread consumptions.
CM calculation (Pre & Post costing).
Monitor MIS as per management requirement.
Line balance as per operation bulletin.
Skill Test & skill matrix for worker.
Implement 5S, 7 wastages, Kanban and other lean tools in the sewing line.
NPT (Non-Productive Time)- analysis
