* Experience in export-oriented woven and knit garments factories will be highly preferred.

* Must have practical experience in independently handling international buyers.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

* Sound knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, merchandising, sourcing, costing, and supply chain management.

* Good understanding of fabrics, trims, accessories, washing, finishing, and shipment procedures.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email correspondence.

* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple buyers and orders simultaneously.

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

We are looking for a highly experienced, proactive, and performance-driven *Sr. Merchandiser / Merchandising Manager* to lead our merchandising operations. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in buyer handling, order execution, product development, costing, sourcing, and shipment coordination while ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Job Location : Enayetpur, Pakarmatha, pollibiddut,Nobinagar, Savar, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities :

* Lead the merchandising team and oversee the complete order execution process from development to shipment.

* Communicate directly with international buyers regarding product development, order confirmation, costing, pricing, and delivery schedules.

* Prepare accurate costing, consumption, price quotations, and margin analysis.

* Develop and monitor Time & Action (T&A) plans to ensure on-time execution of all merchandising activities.

* Coordinate with Product Development, Sampling, Production, Planning, Commercial, QA, IE, and Logistics departments.

* Ensure timely sourcing of fabrics, trims, accessories, and packaging materials according to buyer requirements.

* Monitor sample development, approvals, production progress, shipment schedules, and buyer feedback.

* Identify production risks, resolve critical issues, and implement corrective actions to avoid shipment delays.

* Maintain compliance with buyer specifications, quality standards, and company policies.

* Prepare merchandising reports, shipment status, order forecasts, and management updates.

* Guide, supervise, and develop merchandising team members to achieve departmental objectives.

* Maintain effective communication with all internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.

* Perform any other merchandising-related responsibilities assigned by management.
