To oversee organizations ongoing operations and procedures.
Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.
Proficient in conducting inspections and audits at all level.
Develop quality standards, rules and regulations to achieve garment quality.
Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales)
Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
To take initiative to setup new technology in plant for future.
Perform any other task assigned by management.
