• Required GSD License.
• Strong production planning and process management skills.
• Expertise in setting and monitoring SMV and production targets.
• Proficiency in standard manufacturing concepts and lean methodologies.
• Excellent technical advisory capabilities in garment construction and production efficiency.
• Proven experience in cost management and resource optimization.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to conduct effective production meetings and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Required to set production planning and manage the production process in alignment with the organization's business plan, ensuring adherence to stipulated cost budgets and deadlines.

• Contribute to the organizational strategy by developing, implementing, and monitoring organizational plans to meet objectives and standards.

• Responsible for setting and monitoring all Style SMV (Standard Minute Values) and targets from development samples to production samples.

• Monitor all upcoming styles, create line allocation plans, style bulletins, layouts, prepare machine requirements, and oversee critical operations operators' training programs according to the production plan.

• Monitor Group Industrial Engineering (IE) activities across all factories by setting monthly and yearly KPIs.

• Manage overall production operations, conduct weekly production meetings to identify critical production issues, take corrective actions, advice, and guide the team on all related aspects.

• Coordinate with other teams to ensure that daily production targets are achieved.

• Focus on managing costs, including budgeted overtime, operational overhead costs, and staffing.

• Ability to work with available resources to maximize production by identifying bottlenecks.

• Utilize value stream mapping and initiate A3 methodology to overcome issues and achieve company goals.

• Perform any other task assigned by management.
