- To oversee organizations ongoing operations and procedures.
- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.
- Proficient in conducting inspections and audits at all level.
- Develop quality standards, rules and regulations to achieve garment quality.
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales)
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
- To take initiative to setup new technology in plant for future.
- Perform any other task assigned by management.
