• Age At least 25 years

• Assist in the fabric development with mill R&D and selection of knit fabrics based on buyer requirements.

• Evaluate fabric properties like GSM, shrinkage, spirality, pilling, colorfastness, and dimensional stability.

• Conduct lab dips and bulk shade assessments, ensuring alignment with approved standards.

• Communicate with fabric mills for bulk order specs, lab dips, and technical clarifications.

• Monitor fabric production at mills when required, ensuring adherence to technical specs.

• Ensure fabrics undergo required in-house or third-party testing as per buyer standards.

• Interpret and approve test reports related to fabric performance, wash fastness, bursting strength, etc.

• Maintain fabric tech files, inspection reports, test data, and approval logs.

• Co-ordinate with the cross-functional departments.
